Jobseeker and Employer Terms and Conditions
 
This web site and the services offered in this site are only available to Jobseekers and Employers and are subject to the Terms and Conditions listed below. If you do not agree with any of the items listed below, refrain from availing of membership. Upon acknowledgement, you agree of the terms and conditions of this site. WeGiveJobs.com may change or edit this Terms and Conditions without the responsibility of giving prior notice to its users. Violations of any of the terms and conditions listed below will be subject to termination of your access to the site and services of WeGiveJobs.com


Website Users

Jobseekers agree that they will use WeGiveJobs.com exclusively for employment search only.

Jobseekers can send their resume through this site in applying to companies. Jobseekers can also send their resume in the Company’s website in response to any job advertisement.

They have the right to edit, update, and upload their resumes in MS doc format and photos in the website. Jobseekers are responsible for updating their Document Resume, every 6 months. WeGiveJobs.com will remind Jobseekers to update their resume prior to deletion of  non-updated resumes on the 9th month. Employers/advertisers will be entitled to use the WeGiveJobs.com website to advertise vacancies and/or create their own profile page within the site for a pre arranged period following the agreement of the pre arranged service. Employers can access the Jobseekers’ database with the agreement of using the information gained for employment purposes only.

Companies can only access Personal Information disclosed by Jobseekers as stated in the profile chosen by Job Seekers. WeGiveJobs.com will not be liable in any way if any Employer uses the Jobseekers’ personal information aside from employment purposes. Jobseekers agree that all personal data disclosed in this website are not falsified in any way and are given entirely only at their will.

Employers will be held responsible for the contents and materials needed for their advertisement and/or profile page. Employers have the right to edit any of their advertisement and/or profile page. All ADS content from employers is subject to WeGiveJobs.com’s approval. Also, WeGiveJobs.com reserves the right to disapprove or delete any AD or content by employers deemed harmful or inappropriate by WeGiveJobs.com and its employees.

If Employers fail to pay the Service Fee or other fees due to WeGiveJobs.com, has the right to suspend the Employer’s Account or advertisement without prior notice and without prejudice to all other rights and remedies. If one employer wishes to terminate contract before its expiry, no refund will be given. However, if the employer gives a valid reason for the termination of the contract, WeGiveJobs.com reserves the right to decide whether or not to compensate the duration of the contract in kind. Unused services are null and void after an account expires or terminated payment for account activation should be made within seven (7) days of account confirmation.

Prohibited Use

Job seekers shall not post incomplete or false opportunity for any reason other than for applying for the job advertised.

Employers on the other hand, shall not respond to Job Seekers other than their job application. Communication seeking business for any other reason is prohibited.

All users shall not delete or edit any material or information posted by other users.
All users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of WeGiveJobs.com or any other sites accessed through this site including accessing data not intended for them or logging into a service account, which they are unauthorized to access. Attempting to explore, scan or test the susceptibility of the system or network or attempting to break  security or authentication measures without proper authorization, attempting to disturb with the service to any user, host or network or sending unwelcome e-mail, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services. Violation of system or network security may result in civil criminal liability.
