How will a job seeker know the status of his/her application?
Newsletters and alerts will be sent every now and then to all job seekers for them to be reminded that they should check their account every so often. WeGiveJobs.com also has a feature where the system displays an application status such as "Pending" or "Closed". Or they may just wait until an employer notifies them for a job interview.
How will a job seeker be notified if there are new jobs posted?
Same as aforementioned, there will be newsletters to be distributed to all members through email to inform them about new job postings from companies. Our newsletters and alerts are normally sent every friday or monday. Jobseekers may choose to receive or decline receiving Newsletters and Alerts via their Privacy Options.
How can a job seeker see all job postings from all registered companies?
Once a member has logged in, simply click on the "View All" button on the "Recently Posted Jobs" section in the main page. Or you may use the Quick or Advanced search function, leave all the fields blank and click on "Submit".
Can a job seeker communicate to the employer directly?
